Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Full Time). Law graduates, however, will be preferred. Required Experience:- Preferably having 5-10 years of experience in the management of brand protection in a reputed organization.
Purpose of the Job
Responsible for brand protection of the assigned Tata Steel brands and work in the areas of awareness, Survey, validation of information pertaining to brand violation and intervention wherever required in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team, Corporate Communication, Legal services internally and vendor partners, law enforcement and government agencies externally.
Job Responsibilities
Develop a grasp of the assigned brands, target markets, incidents of brand violations-a)To develop a broad understanding of the Company’s Brands, Business Units, and geographies. b)To gain knowledge and deep understanding of brand protection standards, brand marketing, selling, and distribution processes and structure and familiarity with the supply chain logistics and purchasing Implement the brand protection plan for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance the current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
