Mohanananda College admission 2019: Mohanananda College has been developed as a self-financing Non-government Teacher Education College. The college situated in the heart of Durgapur city of West Bengal State and college offers only one course Bachelor of Education of two-year duration. The College was inaugurated by Honorable Sri Jyoti Basu, former Chief Minister of West Bengal in 2003. The college is the first self-financed teacher training institution under the University of Burdwan in West Bengal.

| The students Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination from recognised Secondary/Higher Secondary board. Candidates (both Fresh & Deputed) with at least 50% marks either in the Bachelor&’s Degree and/or in the Master's Degree in Science/Social Science/Humanity/Commerce, or Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks, or any other qualification equivalent thereto, be eligible for application. There shall be the relaxation of 5% marks in favour of SC, ST and PWD (Persons with disabilities) categories. |
