Eligibility Criteria for Beautician Jobs 2024

The beautician course teaches students how to use cosmetics for the skin, eyes, cheeks, and lips as corrective applications and how to operate as makeup artists. For models who feature in fashion-related photography, students practice and study how to apply makeup for a typical day or a special occasion. Students learn how to utilize blushes, mascara, eyeliner, lip liner, lip gloss, and lipstick. They also learn how to apply foundation for various skin tones. The makeup workshops cover color theory, contemporary cosmetic trends, face forms, and various massage techniques in addition to providing academic understanding and classroom presentations.
Special Effects makeup: Students learn how to use cosmetics for special effects in a lab or classroom. Students try putting on cosmetics for their faces and bodies. Prosthetics, makeup, and hair are used to produce complex effects in the multi-piece looks covered in the special effects course. In addition to prosthetic casting, sculpting, painting, and other associated activities, the course requires students to work with silicone, latex, and foam rubber.
Hairstyling Course: After completing the makeup course, one can begin a basic hairstyling course. An elective course called hairstyling teaches students how to use styling products like rollers, blow dryers, and straighteners to design fresh hairstyles that complement any occasion’s aesthetic. They learn how to manage hairstyles according to situations and facial traits.
Stage Makeup course: The students gain experience working with various directors who have various demands about scenarios, characters, theatrical lighting, and whether it is for an open stage or a closed studio because theatre makeup is typically different. Additionally, makeup artists must create distinctive historical or scary personas. Students learn how to use cosmetics, prosthetics, and other tools to simulate wounds, bruises, and abrasions. They also study how to age performers. Students are taught how to grow body and facial hair, cover their bald heads, and other techniques.
Airbrushing Course: An extra course called “airbrushing” teaches pupils the correct methods for applying airbrush makeup to the body and the face. In addition to tanning, applying makeup, and coloring prosthetics for special effects in plays or movies, airbrushing classes also teach these topics. You can enroll in this course after completing the basic cosmetics course
